The delivery address of an existing order can be adjusted directly in your MYPOSTER customer account. You simply log into your account, pull up the order in your "order overview" and make the necessary adjustements via the button "Change delivery address".
Please note that this is only possible until your order reaches a certain status in production. If the "Change delivery address" button is not displayed for that particular order in your account, it may not be possible to change the delivery address for that order in the customer account OR we can only change the address manually.
If you did not register for a customer account, or the button is not displayed in your "order overview", please contact us as soon as possible via service@myposter.com. To speed up the process and increase the chances of your request beeing seen by one of our team members on time, please follow these instructions for your email to us in a case like this:
1. Use this subject line: urgent address change
2. Confirm in your email: order number, billing address (at the time the order was placed) and the details needed for your adress change request (please specifiy if the change only effects the delivery address or both)
