Even if you haven’t actively created a customer account before, you can still easily reorder products you’ve purchased in the past. Just go to our website, click on the "My account" icon in the top right corner, and select “Forgot password?” Enter the email address you used for your original order. You’ll receive an email with a link to set a password and activate your customer account retroactively.
Once you’re logged in, you’ll see your name in the top right corner of the website. Click on it and select “Order history.” There, you’ll find a list of all past orders placed using that email address. For each order number, you’ll see a “Reorder” button that lets you add the item to your cart exactly as you ordered it last time. If you’d like to make changes, you can use the “Edit” button in the cart before completing your purchase.
