If you didn’t receive an order confirmation email after placing your order, there are a few common reasons. Most issues can be solved quickly by checking the following:
1. Check your spam or junk folder
Sometimes confirmation emails end up in your spam or junk folder. Please double-check those folders in your email account.
2. Check for a different or incorrect email address
If you used an express checkout like PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, the confirmation email may have been sent to the email address linked to that payment method. This might be different from the email you usually use. Also, a typo might have occurred when entering your email during checkout. Please check all relevant inboxes.
3. Make sure your order was completed
Your order confirmation is only sent once checkout is fully completed. Please ensure you reached the final confirmation page when placing your order. In some cases, the confirmation email can take a few minutes to arrive.
Note: If it’s been more than 15 minutes and you’re sure your order went through, but you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact our customer service team directly.
4. Payment confirmation = Order received
If you’ve received a payment confirmation from your provider (e.g., PayPal) or you see a charge on your payment method, your order has been successfully placed – even if you haven’t received a confirmation email yet.
Next Steps: If none of the above applies, please reach out to our customer service team with the following details so we can locate your order:
- Your full name
- The email address used (and any alternatives)
- Your payment method
- Optional: Transaction number or screenshot of the charge
Our team will be happy to assist you further!
