Check Your Order Status:
Log into your customer account and view the order status in the order overview section.
If you don’t have an account, enter your order number in the search bar on our FAQ homepage.
If your items have been in production for more than 2 business days past the expected time, contact our customer service team.
We always do our best to carefully and quickly fulfil all orders. If production takes longer than usual, it is often due to (a) correcting quality issues or (b) unexpectedly high order volumes. If your order is affected by this, we sincerely apologize for the delay and thank you for your understanding.
Track Your Shipment:
If your order has shipped, you should have received a tracking link via email. Use this link to see the current location of your shipment.
