In some cases, your order may be split into multiple shipments. This can happen because:
- Different product groups were completed at different times (we always ship as soon as possible).
- The products are manufactured at different production sites (we currently have three production facilities in Germany).
In the shipping confirmation, you can see which products are included in each package. You can check the status of the rest of your products at any time by logging into your account or by entering your order number on the homepage of our Help Center.
